Welcome to JOINS.LTD. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, dashboard, and related services (the "Service"). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service is operated by XYLIASE TECHNOLOGIES LTD, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC888385), trading as joins.ltd ("we", "us", "our").

1. The Service

JOINS.LTD is a discovery and promotion network for Discord communities. Members discover and join servers of their choice and may earn virtual coins. Server owners may spend coins to feature their community within the network. Coins fund visibility only — every member joins by their own choice.

2. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old and comply with Discord's Terms of Service.
  • You sign in using Discord's official OAuth2. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, attempt fraud, or violate these Terms.

3. Coins

Coins are a virtual, in-platform currency with no cash value and are non-refundable except as required by law or described in our refund practices. Coins cannot be exchanged for money and may be adjusted where earned through abuse (for example, joining and immediately leaving a server). We may modify coin earn rates and pricing at any time.

4. Promotion & fair use

  • Promotion provides visibility and reach; it is not a guarantee of a fixed number of members.
  • You may only promote servers you own or are authorised to manage.
  • You may not promote content that is illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, or that violates Discord's Community Guidelines.

5. Payments

Coin packs are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Purchases are subject to Stripe's terms in addition to ours.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Using bots, automation, or fake accounts to manipulate the network.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or attacking the Service.
  • Reselling coins or access without authorisation.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JOINS.LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
